RMRA Applicable Terms
This RMA expires 30 days from the date of issue. All products must be returned to Skurka Aerospace Inc. prior to the expiration date, transportation pre-paid. The return shipment must include the product, a copy of the original Skurka Aerospace Inc. shipper and the RMA number clearly labeled on the carton to prevent refusal at our receiving dock. Should non-conforming material be determined to not be Skurka Aerospace Inc.'s responsibility you will have fourteen (14) days to respond to our notification for disposition, or your material will be returned to you "as is" (evaluation / test charges may apply). All responses will be on Skurka Aerospace Inc. forms and format, unless otherwise approved.
